Do you ship internationally?

-Yes we do. We ship internationally with USPS First Class Package International. Sometimes we may use UPS and FedEx to deliver our canvas artwork.

I would love a poster of (blank) but y'all don't have it. Do you take requests? Do you offer custom sizes for your poster art?

-In some cases we can do custom orders for customers. It really depends on the request itself. So if you have an idea for a design or specific size you want, please contact us and we’ll work out the details with you. Keep in mind, we generally do not offer this service during the months of November & December due to the holiday rush.

Do you sell frames for your prints?

-No, we do not sell any frames here. Just the artwork by itself.

Do you sell digital files of your prints?

-No, sorry. We prefer to keep our files in order to ensure no one can reproduce our work. We’ve had many of our poster designs pirated by other less reputable poster sellers. Releasing digital files into the wild makes it easier for people to do so. 

How are your prints shipped?

Posters are carefully rolled, placed in sealed plastic sleeves and packaged in cardboard tubes.​ ​We ship via USPS using First Class Mail.​ Contact us if you’re interested in expedited rush shipping.

Do you run sales or offer special discounts?

Currently we offer a special deal where buyers can earn free shipping on orders over $50. We also give coupon codes to buyers in case they wish to order more artwork from us.

What kind of paper are your posters printed on?

Our posters are printed on high-quality glossy inkjet photo paper.

What if I can't find a design I want?

Type in the design you’re looking for in the "search bar" at the top of the home page. If you still aren't finding what you're looking for, ​the item may be​ ​out of ​print, no longer available, or yet to be created.

Store Policy

Shipping info:

We primarily ship anywhere in the USA with the USPS. We do ship to P.O. boxes. We ship internationally using USPS First Class Package International. Sometimes we use UPS and FedEx to deliver our canvas artwork or other larger orders.

Payment Info:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for online and in-store orders. We also accept Paypal and Amazon Pay.

Return / Cancellation Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, let us know within 30 days of receipt. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will either refund your order or ship you a replacement (as long as you follow the steps below under Damaged Deliveries). In cases when a refund is requested but the item is not damaged or defective, we will request the customer return the item in question. In that situation, customers are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Returned items must arrive in perfect condition in order to merit a full refund.

Damaged Deliveries:

On rare occasions, the USPS, FedEx, or UPS may lose or damage a shipment. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please give it back to the delivery person so the package can be returned and UPS can file a damage claim. If the package has been delivered and you find it damaged, please take photos of the damaged package / products and email us at nlbite@hotmail.com. We’ll respond promptly and work out what to do next.

Missing Deliveries:

If your merchandise does not arrive within 20 days of placing your order, feel free to email us at nlbite@hotmail.com, and we will track your order and find out what happened to it.
