Refund policy

Return / Cancellation Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, let us know within 30 days of receipt. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will either refund your order or ship you a replacement (as long as you follow the steps below under Damaged Deliveries). In cases when a refund is requested but the item is not damaged or defective, we will request the customer return the item in question. In that situation, customers are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Returned items must arrive in perfect condition in order to merit a full refund.

Damaged Deliveries:

On rare occasions, the USPS, FedEx, or UPS may lose or damage a shipment. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please give it back to the delivery person so the package can be returned and UPS can file a damage claim. If the package has been delivered and you find it damaged, please take photos of the damaged package/products and email us at nlbite@hotmail.com. We’ll respond promptly and work out what to do next.

Missing Deliveries:

If your merchandise does not arrive within 20 days of placing your order, feel free to email us at nlbite@hotmail.com, and we will track your order and find out what happened to it.
